Testimonials
I completed my Flight Instructor Rating in 2004 at Air Richelieu. After 20 years in the aviation industry worldwide, flying various airliners, all I can say is that Air Richelieu has paved the way for my career success by providing me with the necessary foundation to become a professional, efficient and reliable captain. Richard, Thierry and their team have always been dedicated to their school and especially to the success of all the students who have crossed the threshold of the Collège Air Richelieu. So, go for it! Follow your dreams, go with Air Richelieu and become the pilot you want to be!
A huge thank you to Thierry, Richard and the whole team at Collège Air Richelieu. I couldn’t have got to where I am without your help during, and especially after, my studies. The level of teaching and attention was unparalleled.
Not happy with my electrical studies in college, I decided to follow my heart and change my career choice to become an aircraft pilot. Lots of schools looked good, but the friendly, family-like approach of Collège Air Richelieu convinced me to choose this school. No one told me I would learn so much about having a strong work ethic. On November 2, 2009, I did my first solo. During my pilot studies, I went back and forth between work and study until I became a flight instructor. At that point, I jumped into the adventure with both feet and went full-time. I am currently working for Air Creebec on Dash-8 and very happy.
In September 2011, I studied at Collège Air Richelieu and went on to become an instructor. After working for two years at Propair in Rouyn-Noranda, I was hired by Jazz as a first officer on the CRJ based at Montréal’s Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport and later on the B767 for Air Canada. I am now a first officer on the 320 at Air Canada Rouge and I love my job. The high quality training I received at Collège Air Richelieu has meant I meet the expectations of my employers.
I left France in 2012 to undertake a full training course at Collège Air Richelieu. It was a fantastic experience! The quality of the training and the professionalism of the school’s staff have allowed me to pursue a rewarding career and to achieve the goals I had set for myself.
Arriving from France in 2015 to take an ACS course, I received high quality professional training within a framework of achieving high standards of learning. In 2017, after obtaining the licences, I naturally became a flight instructor at the college, which allowed me to prove myself and take my career further. After a few months and 1000 hours of flight time, I was hired as an airline pilot on a Dash-8 for a regional company.
I graduated from Collège Air Richelieu in 2016, including the Flight Instructor Rating. The school really helped me grow into who I am and I have very fond memories of it.
