Flight simulators

Our flight simulators, both the AL 50 and the AL 200 MCC, due to their generic nature can simulate all aicraft type owned and operated by Air Richelieu. Furthermore, the AL 200 MCC is a level 5 certified FTD for the Beechcraft King Air 200, operated by UNIVAIR AVIATION, AIR RICHELEIU's own charter operation.

The AL 200 MCC is certified for the renewal of your instrument rating check ride!

Alsim AL200 MCC

With its generic conception, the AL200MCC is able to reproduce all flight caracteristics of all aircraft operated by Air Richelieu. A simple mouse click makes it possible to change from a piston to a twin piston engine; or a twin turbo prop like a Cheyenne, King Air 200 and the ATR 42 to a light jet aircraft like the Cessna Citation II.

The FNPT II (Flight Procedure & Navigation Trainer) and MCC's double configuration cetrifies the flight training device for MCC and IFR rating. The aerodynamic behaviour of the included flight models is close to reality and the electric control loading system allows pilots to experience highly realistic and reliable in-flight sensations. Pilots can carry out all normal and emergency check lists, due to entirely active flight panels and controls.

Furthermore, its panoramic visual (180 degrees) give the student pilot a real feeling of the north american topography. All meteorological conditions that exists can be reproduced giving the pilot a real edge on its training.

Welcome aboard !

Alsim AL50

The AL50 is a professionnal single-seater flight training device. It reproduces all technical and flight characteristics of a Cessna 172 as well as the Socata TB20.

It is well equiped in terms of avionics and its database reproduces all of north american topological data. Students can then experience all IFR and VFR procedures alike.

Situated next to the cockpit, the instructor's station enables the instructor to conduct simulations with multiple software menus. The instructor can display and position the aircraft in flight, control weather conditions, simulate failures and access preprogrammed flight sequences which makes the ALSIM AL50 an excellent teaching tool.
